Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on orders as all our items are perishable food products.

Cancellations
To cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing it via email, call or WhatsApp. It is essential the cancellation request is made within the given time or else we may not process the request.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and accepted your request for cancellation, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
